United Nations, January 2009 - Behind closed doors of psychiatric institutions in many impoverished countries, too many children and adults with mental disabilities live their lives in suffering and isolation. In Paraguay, autistic young men like Jorge and Julio have suffered at the hands of a system that has failed to understand and protect them.

| My family often visit the Neurology Hospital en Paraguay they use to bring used clothes and cookies for every one, but they found out that same workers will take all the good stuff and almost noting left for the patients, Its sad thing like this happen to human beings. Pray to God for all of them |
